For these photos I used the Av (aperture) setting. The aperture was set at F.5.0 and the ISO was on automatic as was the focus.

These photos have a shallow depth of field because of the low F-stop number. Also the shorter the focal length the more out of focus the background is.

The picture is of a collection of small objects which are some things I have collected. Nothing has been edited and it is a realistic depiction of the objects I’ve used. The photograph is is in colour and has a low contrast.

There are no patterns in the image because things are placed at random. The texture of the object at the front is harder whereas the objects at the back have a softer texture because of the shallow depth of field (low F stop number)

The photo inside during the day. It was lit with natural lighting.

The shallow depth of field gives a blurred background and makes the subject thats in focus look sharp and clear. A deep depth of field makes everything in focus
