Concept: To create minimalistic images showing lines and pattern

Content: the main focus of the images are going to be things like sandstone bricks and tiles on a roof

Location: I want to do this shoot at my Grans house because it’s a old house and looks interesting

Model: There will be no people in these images

Lighting: This shoot will be done with natural light probably in the late afternoon because of the colours that will be produced with the late afternoon sun

Composition: I want to try and use leading lines and maybe angles and perspective.

Editing ideas: For the editing I want to change the colour of the image to give the image a different tone

Concept: Coloured pencils in colour order in a line on a table

Content: The image will focus on the pencils and more specifically the colours.

Location: At home

Model: No people will be needed for this photo.

Lighting: I will use the light from the hall way and maybe use a torch.

Composition: I want to use angles and perspective and maybe leading lines.

Editing idea: Maybe I could make the colours brighter or make some points stand out more.

Concept: colourful beads around a shape

Content: beads

Location: at home

Model: No people will be needed in this shoot

Lighting: Mainly hall light

Composition: I want this image to be close up and I will try different angles

Editing ideas: For this one I just want to try things and see what works well.

Over all

These images show what I have learnt over the unit. They show the correct exposure and they are in focus and the camera settings are correct. They show colour and shape in different forms which is what the brief asked for. The images are high quality and show a understanding of digital photographic techniques and processes.

All three images show simple things that have made slightly brighter or the colours have been made to stand out more. This has been done in Photoshop and have been done in simple ways but the images still look effective.
